Do you offer ski and snowboard rentals?

• Yes! We rent skis, snowboards, boots, poles, and helmets for all ages and ability levels.

Can I reserve rentals in advance?

• Absolutely—we recommend booking ahead online to save time and guarantee availability, especially on weekends and holidays.

Do you offer multi-day rentals?

• Yes, we offer multi-day rentals as well as seasonal rentals.

When can I pick up rental equipment?

• Rental equipment can be picked up anytime after we open (8 am) on the first rental day.

When is rental equipment due back?

• Daily rental equipment must be returned by 5 pm the last rental day.

What if something doesn’t fit right?

• No problem! Stop by and we’ll swap out gear or make adjustments on the spot.

How do I cancel an existing rental reservation?

• Please email rentals.theproskiandride@gmail.com prior to 5 pm the night before the first rental day.

Do you offer custom boot fitting?

• Yes! We specialize in ski and snowboard boot fitting using heat molding, custom footbeds, shell stretching, shell grinding, and alignment checks. Our fitters are certified and highly experienced. Learn more here.

Can you fit boots I didn’t buy from your shop?

• We’re happy to help with outside boots. Our technicians can also help with adjusting bindings to your new boots as well.

How much does boot fitting cost?

• Most boots sold and fit by The Pro Ski and Ride include boot fitting at no additional cost. A price list for packages and à la carte services can be found here.

Do I need an appointment?

• Appointments are strongly recommended for boot fitting.

What if my boots hurt after they are fitted?

• There tends to be a 3 - 5 day break in period with any pair of boots that our fitters will discuss with you what to expect. If something does not feel right after this period, additional adjustments can be made to the fit.

Our High Performance Demo Snowboards are retail level boards, many of which can be purchased new. This is a great option for advanced
riders looking for a high performance board for the day or a snowboarder in the
market for new board that is interested in trying something new.

We have select men’s and women’s boards available from Arbor, Jones, and Nidecker. High performance Nidecker or NOW bindings are included in the rental with the option to upgrade to Nidecker Supermatic Step In Bindings are available as an upgrade ($5/day).

Burton Boa snowboard boots are also included with this package.

Up to three demo days may be applied to the purchase of a new snowboard AND bindings.

This package is great for beginner and intermediate snowboarders honing their skills on the mountain.

The Burton Snowboard Package includes a Burton Radius, Progression, or LTR board, Burton bindings, Burton BOA boots, and a helmet.

The Pro is offering demos of the Nidecker Supermatic Step in binding!

The Nidecker Supermatic is a step in binding that works with ANY snowboard boot that rivals the ease and exceeds the performance of Burton Step On bindings. This is a great way to try before you buy.

Up to one demo day can be applied towards the purchase of new Nidecker Supermatic Bindings.

Limited availability. Binding selection is first come, first served.

Renter's snowboard must have bindings removed. Demo snowboards are available for rental for an additional $25.
