The Pro Ski and Ride currently ships to the United States and Canada.

How Long Does Order Processing Take?

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed for shipping. We will make every available effort to get your item(s) shipped as soon as possible.

What Carriers Do You Use?

Domestic orders may ship by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Orders shipping to Canada ship through DHL or UPS.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Domestic shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $9.99 USD for orders under $149 USD. Orders $149 USD and over ship free.

International shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $15 CAD for orders under $225 CAD. Orders $225 CAD and over ship free.

Certain discounted “Final Sale,” “Race,” or “Pro” items may have additional shipping charges.

Will My Items Ship Together or Separately?

Orders with multiple items may be shipped together or separately depending on item size, packaging requirements, inventory location, carrier requirements, or fulfillment timing. If items ship separately, you may receive more than one package and/or tracking number.

Can I Request a Specific Carrier?

If a certain courier cannot deliver to the provided shipping address, please let us know before a shipping label is created. The shipping method cannot be modified once a label has been created.

Is In-Store Pickup Available?

Free in-store pickup is available for eligible orders when our Hunter, NY store is open. Pickup orders are generally available within 24 hours of purchase during normal business hours.

Are You Responsible for Shipping Delays or Lost Packages?

Shipping times may vary depending on item size, courier, and shipping address. The Pro Ski and Ride is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

What Happens If a Package Is Returned to Sender?

Items returned to sender will be refunded to the original payment method minus the greater of the amount paid for shipping by the customer or the actual shipping cost paid by The Pro Ski and Ride. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for packages returned to sender.
