The 2027 Stöckli Nela 86 is a women's freeride ski designed for versatility both on and off piste. Completely redesigned for the new season, it combines an 86 mm waist with a collection of lightweight construction technologies intended to keep the ski responsive and manageable across changing terrain. The narrower freeride platform supports quick edge-to-edge transitions while maintaining the versatility expected from the Nela line.

Stöckli pairs a light wood core with Thin Glass Laminate, Solid Metal Edge Light, Polywall construction, and Titanal Technology PRO. Rocker and dedicated Tail Rocker shaping are designed to make turn initiation and release easier, while Freeride Tip Technology helps support a stable shovel and added lift in deeper snow.

86 mm waist is designed to support quick edge-to-edge transitions while retaining the versatility needed for skiing both on and off piste.
Freeride Tip Technology uses a lightweight, stiff tip insert to help stabilize the shovel, reduce swing weight, and support lift in deeper snow.
Light Core construction uses lightweight European wood species to reduce overall weight while maintaining a dynamic, supple ski feel.
Thin Glass Laminate uses an optimized fiberglass layer that is 25% lighter than its conventional counterpart while maintaining comparable stiffness characteristics.
Softflex construction uses thinner layers and lighter materials to create a softer flex intended to make bending the ski easier with less effort.
Polywall sidewalls provide damping properties and increased impact resistance through a softer, more elastic sidewall material.
Solid Metal Edge Light retains the edge width of Stöckli's standard Solid Metal Edge while using a shallower insertion method to reduce weight.
Rocker and Tail Rocker shaping reduce the amount of edge in contact with the snow at the extremities, helping the ski feel easier to turn and release.
