Shipping FAQ's

Please allow up to 3 business days for items to be processed for shipping. We will make every available effort to get you your item(s) as soon as possible.

Our standard domestic shipping will be either USPS or UPS. Shipping to Canada is through DHL.

If a certain courier cannot deliver to the provided shipping address, please let us know BEFORE a shipping label is created. The shipping method cannot be modified once a label is created.

Domestic shipping cost is a flat rate of $9.99 USD for orders less than $149 USD. Orders $149 USD and over ship for free!*

International shipping is a flat rate of $15 CAD for orders less than $225 CAD. Orders $225 CAD and over ship for free!

As of now, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

Free in store pickup is available for all in season orders. Orders can be picked up during normal business hours and should be available within 24 hours of purchase. THE PRO IS NO LONGER OFFERING IN STORE PICKUP UNTIL THE START OF THE 25/26 SEASON.

Shipping times may vary depending on size of items, courier, and address. The Pro Ski and Ride is not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

*Certain items offered at discounted "Final Sale", "Race" or "Pro" may have additional shipping charges.
